Original review updated by user Feb 20, 2021 I purchased their Windows Password Genius product which did not work. I contacted them for support (support@***.com) and they provided me with other downloads to products which they claimed would work, none did. At this point i requested a refund per their advertised 30 day money back guarantee as none of their products worked but all they did was provide me with the same downloads to products which they previously provided and which did not work. Now they have gone silent and refused me my refund. This is not a reputable company. I wish i had read the customer complaints on this company at this site, BBB and other similar sites.Their Windows Password Genius products are suspect and their advertised 30 day money back guarantee is a scam. Avoid them at all cost. User's recommendation: Beware of this company. They DO NOT give refunds even when their product does not work. Their advertised 30 day money back guarantee is nothing but a SCAM.
