I went into PVC today at the Capital City Mall in Camp Hill, PA to finish paying off my deposit for my glasses. I ordered my glasses a few months ago but I totally forgot all about them. The lady who waited on me was very rude and disrespectful! She scream and yelled at me when I matched her tone she claimed that I was screaming at her because I refuse to take the disrespect that she was displaying at her work place (PVC) I asked her why didn't PVC contact me about my glasses because like I said before I totally forgotten about them. She sad she called and left several messages that was lie #1 because I told her that I never received any phone calls from PVC I can go into my call log and into my Verizon statements to prove that I never received any calls from PVC. When I said that all of a sudden she wasn't the one that made the calls . lie number #2 I threaten her because I asked for my money back from my partial deposit. My balance was 420, I gave them 120. When I went into the store today my balance jump from 420 ( -120.00) to damn near 600.00. That is lie #2: lie # 3 I was told that I have another instinct. How is that when I still have the same job and benefit enroll isn't until November The mall security told us that they were called at PVC several times because the lady that works there does NOT know how to speak to the customers. She's known for getting loud yelling and screaming. There was another lady working not once did she try and disfuse the situation, she did not ask her coworker to lower her voice or even step aside for her to take over. She allowed this lady to yell and be disrespectful towards me. Just give me my glasses so I will never have to deal with such ignorance again. I cannot believe that PVC allows their employees to act like this.Smdh
