Waiting on our refund
I contacting Splendid Marketing daily and spoke with Shaniqua James and Mr Gomez, Commissioner Thomas. Melida Resort and International Councel regarding our refund and SML recently sent us a letter saying we would get all of our money back. My husband followed up yesterday and when he called their office he asked to speak to Shaniqua, the receptionist said she was unavailable but then “Ms. James” (my husband didn’t know her last name) got on the phone and said she would call him back with an update. We are anxiously waiting to have this whole issue resolved and won’t be going back to the Nassau Bahamas, this whole experience has been ridiculous, and deceiving. SML has terrible business practices. We just want our money back.
