Waiting on hold for over two hours

I originally contacted using online chat. Received a generic: contact the service dealer near you response or click a link to have supervisor contact you. I clicked the link, but no supervisor has gotten back to me. So, I am trying to call. Currently at well over 2 hours on hold waiting for anyone to answer call. User's recommendation: Try a different company for the product.
