I had to cancel a reservation. I never received a refund. Cannot get them on the phone. Sent an email with no response. Found a form to fill out to send them a message but guess what? It will NOT submit if the topic you choose says REFUND! I changed the topic to something else and it submitted. But I still never got a response from them. Hope these scammers get caught!! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE FOR BOOKING A HOTEL.
