I was to be a new patient at the Suwanee branch of Thomas Eye Group. I walked out after waiting well past my appointment time. A simple comment from the staff would go a long way when doctors are running late. Also, when I informed the lady at checkout that I was not waiting any longer she gave me irrelevant responses about how long the appointment would take and that I wouldn't see the doctor first anyway. What moved me to review however was a note in the mail from the Ophthalmologist that discontinued a non-existent Opthalmologist/patient relationship. There's no need to terminate something than never existed. I found a better option the next day before they put ink to paper on their silly termination letter. See all the reviews about long waits and other complaints. Too many options to put up with this behavior.
