Good Morning I purchased a VTech CS6919-2 DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone with Caller ID and Handset Speakerphone, 2 Handsets, Silver/Black at Walmart. The phone is horrible the battery life wears down so quickly if I'm on the phone for half an hour the phone is beeping informing me that it needs to be charged. It also has the worst reception and you can't even try to adjust it to anither frequency because that's not available on this phone. And the last problem I'm having with this phone is that it drops calls. It is not my phone line I previously owned other Vtech phones and have no problems with them. So when I went to Walmart I just automatically picked up a Vtech cordless phone. This phone is the worse I would like to have another cordless Vtech phone sent to me or my money back please and I will return this phone to you. Thank you for your help with this matter. Apryl Jones
