My Vinci is 2 months old. Tank started leaking within a week and Ive purchased 2 more with the same results. The air activation no longer works, the button has to be pressed 2-3 times to work. Now its firing on when Im not even holding it.. Ive gotten juice all over my hands and clothes from this awful product. I started a warranty request after spending $80 and being stuck with this defective unit.. Ive taken 3 trips to the vape shop I purchased it at and they confirmed my unit was defective. Kicky in warranty request has given me every troubleshooting technique that Ive already done and wasted a week of my time seeing they are in China and dont open until 10pm e.s.t. She now says since shipping to China is slow and I will wait for a long period of time that I could have a 40% off discount on another product!!! What?? Yea right, why would I spend even more money on another unit when they wont even replace my current in warranty item?! I give them a 1 star at every level.. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a scam with bad products!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!! Bad products!! Even worse support!!
