On 01/25/2021 I reserved a room at the 474 W. Pike Street location in Lawrenceville Ga 30045 7**-**2-5660. I checked into the location around 8:45pm. I was in the room less that 20 minutes before checking out due to the bug infestation. There were bugs in the bed, crawling along the walls of the room and throughout the bathroom and shower. I reported my concerns to the front office and another customer from another building in the property was complaining about the same thing. I requested a refund while checking out and was told I could not be accommodated after only being check in about 30 minutes. I left my name and phone number for management to contact me and that has yet to happen. I have visited the property multiple times since my experience and have not been able to catch the manager of this property. Im a Code Enforcement officer and Im aware that those unsanitary conditions could cause serious concerns with the county of not urgently addressed. User's recommendation: Don’t Stay Here.
