I ordered two bags online since 2013,my bank card was charge but I never receive any machandise back, everytime I called they kept on telling me that's in back order.So I got tired of waiting, so I went ahead and cancelled my order.I was told that my account will be credited but I never received anything back, so I file a complaint against them through my bank and BBB Better Bussine Burue,but the bank said they can't do anything after 90days and BBB said they've tried to contact Viloxi but not respond from them.I was advise by my bank to go to a small claim court, wish I did went to New York Brooklyn and filed a claim against this Company Viloxi cause their address is shows New York address.But on the court date they were no show and the court rule against them but I'm still yet to receive my money back since March 2013 & we're in 2015 now.So Please don't trust Viloxi they're Scam Scam Scam. ...............
