Company mandated the use of the VIDACASA cold food display system at our location. This was an expensive transition for us and what a WASTE! Does not keep food cold for the times advertised. The units have scratches, dings and the paint is peeling off. Plates chip after a few uses! Will not be able to use for another season. In addition, some of our other locations got wrong items. Never have anything in stock in the US. Great concept - poor product. Disappointed and frustrated! Buyer beware! We will be trying something new that does the same thing - can't wait!
