Victoria Insurance is a scam operation. I bought insurance I used my moms address as my address. She lives in North Carolina. I live in New York but with no steady address and the cost of auto insurance plans in the area it's best to use my moms address as my legal place of residency. Nationwide sent a special agent Nick Fala who interrogated me for hours and after a while they told me that they found out I lived in New York. They denied my claim and told me my policy is no good, it is void. This cannot be legal, this is the most unethical thing I have ever seen. I am now stuck with a large vehicle payment and no vehicle to show for it.
