Very upset with the way I was treated tried to return a lews fishing pole and Leopold binoculrs to a store close by and was treated with disrespect and I can’t believe they do business this way

Defective Leopold binoculars and broken pole I spent 200 on drove in from the country after I explained I did not have a receipt was told to come in and then treated as a dishonest person who can't distinguish poor human treatment very upset I will probably not go back to any branch and I wear mostly Magellan shirts. User's recommendation: I will update my recommendation if I can resolve this problem but I live in Texas . Will provide store if I talk to customer service later.
