The guys arrived to load my pod and did a great job. One of them disappeared for quite a while and I realized he had been in my master bathroom. I understand that if you have to go you have to go. I didn’t think much more about it. About 30 min after they completed the job I went into that bathroom. He had used close to a half a roll of toilet paper and hen I lifted the toiled lid the toilet was completely clogged and it was disgusting. Of course my plunger was already loaded on the POD. I called the company and they said they would call me right back. She did and said the guys would turn right around and come take care of it. That was an hour and a half ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve called the company back twice and the last call said they were about 30 minutes away. So disgusting, unprofessional and jut plain Wrong! Barely an I’m sorry from the company and they act like I’m putting them out. I’ll be requesting some kind of refund for this - but I doubt they’ll give me anything
