Very upset and cannot get a return email or get anyone on the phone

Worst customer service ever. Once they get your product to you they do not care. They do not answer the phone any longer and will not respond to your email. They do not show up when they are supposed to and if you have a service issue you might as well forget it. User's recommendation: Don't use them.
