Very poor delivery follow through

My shipment was to have gone from Portland, OR to Las Vegas, NV. It went from Portland, to Sacramento, CA to Denver, CO and then to Fontana, CA. As of today, which is 9 days later, it still has not arrived in Las Vegas, NV. THE DISPATCHER DEFINITELY NEEDS AN ATLAS!!! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLU User's recommendation: Find another carrier!!!
