Very poor customer service when you need something fixed.

We have been unable to get the tub serviced for almost two weeks now, which would be fine if we could at least get an appointment set up. The customer service lady keeps saying either she or someone from service department will call. No one has called. For a 20k plus tub, this shouldn't happen. User's recommendation: Follow up up with your customers.
