Very fruatrating to get any refills!! Calling for a Pharmacist is a nightmare because on hold for 20-30 minutes.

I called several weeks ago to get 3 refills and was told I needed to contact my doctor for renewals because they don't do it. I contacted my cardiologist twice to have them fax orders for Lisinopril 40 Mg, Hydrochorlothazide 12.5 mg and Clopidogrel 75 mg. I received one medication in the middle of last week (Clopidogrel) but not the other two. Today I called the Pharmacy and talked to some representative who could not answer why the 2 other meds were not filled. I then asked to speak to a Pharmacist and she transferred me where I have been on hold for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous that no one can answer my questions and that I cant get the pharmacy to answer this call. I am ready to look for another Pharmacy. I have always had problems getting my meds and/or talking to anyone who knows what is going on. Please contact me at 828-707-8311 and help get my needed meds.
