On November 19th 2018,I got a phone call from the driver saying he cannot deliver oil because my driveway needs to be plowed,yes we had a dusting of snow the night before, no problem getting up and down the driveway for anyone else, driver said have it plowed and call us back...so I did , but they still won't deliver till sometime next week....spoke to customer service, not nice people,never had problem before with my driveway.
