An older relative has a Dirt Devil upright that is supposed to be good with pet hair. The vacuum fell over and the silver plastic clip that holds in the wand broke in half. The part is only held in with two nubs that you can remove by hand, but nothing is available online that even shows a picture of the damn thing, and calling customer support is no help- i was told the ENTIRE BODY had to be replaced to get that clip. You cant even find a manual online for this unit. GARBAGE!
