Went in for simple oil change at location on FM 1960 in Humble, TX. After about 1 1/2 hours, I was told that my drain plug was messed up and if they didn't have one that fit, it would cost me $500 to replace my drain pan. Shockingly (sarcasm), they didn't have a plug that fit. They said they could force the plug in and silicone it for now, but there's no guarantee it's going to hold in the oil and that the pan would need replacing at next oil change.
