Upset that I can never get thru to get my recliners serviced
I had had these recliners for about 7 yrs.... My husband and I both take care of my furniture and we were under the impression that when we bought these that they were LEATHER.... But I go into the store to find out that they are like Pleather ? VERY dissatisfied !!!! we paid over $800 a pc. Plus the frames and arms are loose.... I have been trying to contact Customer Service for over 4 days straight to make a service call....... These chairs are like shredding and the pleather is peeling off....... I want real leather ones and I think it only fair that you REPLACE ONE and I will buy the other one to match..... Ive been to the greensboro, NC store and they were no help.... NOT sure what to do at this point...... I also bought a fabric recliner for an extra bedroom that we just thru out do it falling apart...... I am trying to be very reasonable and believe some compensation should be made to replace these.... again I am willing to purchase 1 but believe you should replace one. I love Lazyboy and the reason I bought one was because of the great feel and the gaurantee on the chair.... My parents have had a LB recliner now for over 30 yrs but theirs is real leather..... UNlike mine.... that I was not aware of.... we were told they were leather. Thank you Tracy Culbertson
