Went online to update my phone I have a Motorola G5 supra and upgraded to a Motorola G7 supra got the phone in the mail went to set it up and the phone was completely dead it would not turn on so I had to call customer service and warranty and they were going to send me out a new phone got the phone in the mail from UPS and it was a Motorola G5 supra not what I ordered so I called cricket again got warranty got a RA for UPS again sent the phone back . 2 days later got the phone in the mail still the *** wrong phone not a G7. Call customer service talk to three different people they tell me to hold for warranty they never answered payed for a phone I still havent got. I hate this *** company . Customer service suck. User's recommendation: Don’t get service from this *** You will *** hate it.
