They have refunded me my money, but they did charge me to return the items..which ended up being 69.00...Whew! 1/2 of the purchase. A costly mistake for something that did not work with my bike. User's recommendation: Be cautious with purchasing. e-bikes might not work with these - even though they say that they will. Fat tires and fenders will not work with the bike nook.
