Up until last year had good service
went in with my windows 7 just to have the power button fixed well they did more than what i asked and it was not right had more issues then when I brought it in . Sent it back and they messed it up several times after that. I waited almost a month for the fix. Complained to anyone and everyone i could BBB pissed off customer their corporate etc. well after all that i was given a brand new windows 10 with the windows 7 files photos etc. Now I have brought in my windows 10 for repair we will see if they can repair it if not I am sure ill be back here again contacting you and any other complaint site. Id like them to be able to save what they can but mostly my picture whic h i have over 8000. I did save it to an external hard drive with Acronis true image 2021 but for some reason when i tried to put the intso the windows 10 it wa a blank file. then got blue screen of death. Had a fried who is sort of a techie reinstall windows but was not to my liking so now at geek squad again. I have total tech support with geek squad. After the disappointment last year i am Leary about the fix
