We signed up for their timeshare exchange program. In the past they have delivered reasonable service. However, II has now added an extremely inconvenient, annoying policy of automatically selling you a magazine you probably don't want with your exchange. In order to get your money back you have to go through a refund process, mailing in documentation and wasting your time! Totally ridiculous!! When I called to complain and ask that they put through my transaction without the extra fee and time-consuming steps, they told me I would have to talk to a manager on Monday!! Who has time for this? This is NOT what I signed up for!! This is not good service!!
