Unresponsive to incorrect invoice

1st time to order with them. Took advantage to the buy 3 and the price dropped to $12 ea. Received a free shipping code for providing my email address. Once I hit place order the free shipping was applied but the price per sock went to $18 a pair. I immediately emailed them for a price adjustment or to cancel my order. They sent me a receipt for what I ordered and it had the wrong unit price. Emailed back and still no response on how they are correcting. NO CHAT feature either... UGH!!
