Unreliable, poor communicators

Over the last seven weeks, home care aides have shown up 50% of scheduled times. No calls, no explanation. VNS is nearly impossible to reach via phone, and will NOT call you back when they claim they will - or at all. I'm sure they're billing Medicare in full for these services that they aren't delivering.
