The owner of this spa has no business running a company. She tells every client (regardless of the treatment they are seeking), that she has never had an unhappy client. She needs to do a satisfactory survey with the clients she has provided services for. I've had three different procedures done at her spa, and I was disappointed with all of them. Specifically, the results she touted, did not happen. She has bad business ettique, and provides no follow-up to clients....perhaps because she knows clients aren't happy. I would highly NOT recommend this spa until someone else is hired there, or she sells it.
