Original review updated by user Jan 28, 2021 Flowers were to be delivered for my office before 5:00. The delivery driver arrived past 5:00 and I had already left. The owner of the building approached the driver as he sat in our parking lot playing on his phone. He had blaring music that he would not turn down even after he was asked. He was disheveled, rude and totally unorganized. All flowers and balloons were thrown in the back of his vehicle and he had difficulty locating which one to deliver to this location. Then the Customer Service Operator said they were delivered at 2:45 p.m. The driver had my phone number but didn't have the courtesy to call and say he would be late then it is impossible to reach someone in Customer Service. It was embarrassing the way this was delivered as the owners of the building were questioning me the next day on who was the florist that was delivered from as we don't want to ever use them. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.
