Poor customer service from manager Rick Hutchins. Took car to Bruce Body Shop on Midlothian Turnpike on Oct 28th to have grilled replaced as deer hit my car and dented grill. I have to keep contacting them only to find out it wasn't ordered the first two weeks of me taking car. He informed me it slipped through the cracks. Manager is rude and started yelling when I informed him its been almost two months for a part and they didn't order first two weeks. I picked my check up and will be taking to another business to repair. No apology or anything or yelled at. He also informed me that he has been working with me. I explained to him how long it has been and the type of service I have received is unreal. He proceeded to yell and I picked up my check.
