Unemployment claims online don’t seem to work

I was laid off (no fault of my own, with no prior warning) due to lack of work on May 19th. My family health insurance plan ended immediately, and I was supposed to be paid for only half of my accrued PTO (is that legal?). I filed for unemployment twice before I got any email feedback. I believe I completed everything correctly on the GA DOL and employGA websites. But the GA DOL websites do not work correctly, and all the calls I've make to their phone numbers are never returned. I cannot get any verification if I'm even going to receive any unemployment compensation, or if I've filled something out wrong. The Norcross and Gwinnett offices (nearest ones to me) are closed, and I called the numbers on their doors. Never returned. It's been over a month now without any unemployment or insurance, and we're running out of money! Please help! Thank you
