Poor service
Hello, I am an old, regular customer of your spa and pool. Over the past month, I have seen an alarming trend, with the spa turning into a nursing home frequently visited by retirees. As far as I understand, you have changed the policy by sharply lowering the prices for pensioners' subscriptions [EUR 36 per month], which has drastically changed the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the pool. The majority of cheap subscriptions do not follow the basic hygiene norms, do not visit the shower before the pool, are not ashamed to visit the pool with a kayak senite. Doesn't a really normal level of spa need to be checked for hygiene requirements? It may be possible to limit the time spent visiting cheap subscriptions to a specific hour of the visit, strengthening hygiene and requirements. Please address this issue, as this is definitely not an audience,who will visit the spa treatments and beauty salon of your hotel that it has so far been visited by regular customers.
