Uncooperative, frustration, rude

I called them first. She was screaming at me and gave me an email address that wasn’t valid. You sent me one that was valid. I have been in contact with them almost all day yesterday. They not only sent me the wrong product but it’s inferior and fell apart as I was lacing it up, I didn’t even have it on and the grommets pulled out and was accused of doing it on purpose. I had repeated at least 10 or more email correspondence with their representative and accomplished nothing. I went to my bank they don’t do anything with this type of disputes and neither does the BBB. So I wrote to a consumer rep. From MCDavid to let them know what kind of business they are dealing with. Showed them my order and took pictures of what was sent. He contacted them and my brace is suppose to come today with no charge. What a great consumer representative.
