Unauthorizdd Payment deducted


Hi My name is Karishma Pradhan and today morning I received an SMS stating USD 23.95 has been deducted automatically for Account ID:[protected] without my use. On what basis was I unnecessarily charged USD 23? There was no prior mail for the payment. Also, I haven't used live career since 3rd September 2021 then how can they deduct money without informing me? This is highly unprofessional. All necessary screenshots have been attached. I need my refund of USD23.
