Unattempted delivery

May 5, 2020 the Ninja Van generated message texted me that the parcel that I was order will deliver today and the rider never contacted me to attempt it, and no rider was try to locate my location in the waybill. I ask for the number of the rider and I am trying to contact her but never been answering my call. I want to receive the rider an NTE of this report. Thank you!
