UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Any time I have tried to call to even ask a question regarding clarification on the policy, I have held on the phone for an hour or more. It is a tremendous waste of time trying to get through to the customer service department. Then you attempt to send an email, about the issue, and you receive a response back stating the email is not always monitored and there is no estimated time for someone to respond. It's horrible, and to have attempted to get through multiple times without any success is frustrating. Will never utilize them again for insurance. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM FOR AUTO INSURANCE.
