I have recently purchased a proform treadmill and I am attempting to set up ifit. For whatever the reason, its not allowing me to complete the process. I found one phone number for customer service and one recording leads you to another recording which leads you to another recording. I never spoke to a human, so I have just stopped trying! I am extremely frustrated and regret making this purchase. Come on ifit...getting customers to purchase is the easy part. Customer service is the most important! This is how you keep your customers....chances are, theyll make future purchases and refer you to friends. I will never refer people to you guys! User's recommendation: There are many other options...ifit is not the only one. Don’t make the mistake that I made!
