Unable to contact company to get part
I need a Bryant UV light for my air filtration system connected to the air handler. I am unable to find the part at any Bryant dealer within a 30 minute drive of my house. I contacted Bryant and was told I had to contact a dealer. None of the dealers I contacted had the bulb. I have been on hold with Bryant for 30 minutes so far to file a complaint and no one answers. The level of customer service at Bryant is terrible. This is the second time I needed service from Bryant and the first time was also a total waste of time. I was given the same information to contact a Bryant dealer and no one carried the part I needed to replace. I went on the website prior to contacting Bryant by phone and it was useless. You can not order a part from the company. Use a company that is reliable. Never buy a Bryant air conditioner if you want service after the sale; particularly to secure parts!
