Unable to connect LIVE

Said I received order that I NEVER did but there is NO WAY to connect with them live to tell them! Nearly impossible to even find a working email to ask wtf. I wilL NEVER order from them again even tho I love their product. Now to fight to get $$$ back frm CC company. User's recommendation: DONT BUY.
