Bought two Rosetti Handbags , one in Dec and recently in Feb 2020. Both the leather has slowly coming off the straps...and also a small strap for decoration on purse has come off half way on front of second purchase...contacted retailers Sears and JC Penny's...and they told me that I would have to contact Rosetti! I am very disappointed in these two purses ...and always have purchased Rosetti handbags and loved them!
