I have used Ardent for over a year or so. The service techs always did good. My complaint is, every time they came out there always needed to be something else done. And of course the service was extra. They set up a 3 month installment plan which turned into 4 months or more. It never seemed to get paid off. I finally tried to contact them to cancel the service altogether and have never been contacted. Now they turned me over to a collection service. User's recommendation: I'd be very careful.
