Turkeezrus yet to deliver Thanksgiving turkey…and it is now December!
As like other pissed off consumers, I had a horrible experience with Turkeezrus. I ordered my Thanksgiving turkey nearly a week before the holiday with the promise of local delivery here in the Atlanta metro prior to 5 p.m. the day before Thanksgiving. This time frame came and went, and after several phone calls and e-mail messages, I received a mass-distributed e-mail late in the evening of the scheduled delivery saying that the confirmed delivery window had been changed to between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Low and behold, the time frame passed, and with it being a holiday, my family went without the featured bird on Turkey Day! And despite paying for the turkey and sides in advance, I am yet to see any of the goods nor any sign of a refund. I can safely say that Turkeezrus ruined our holiday, and what is worse is that they haven't had the professional courtesy to respond in any way to my complaints. I can't believe the lack of customer service with this company, and will most certainly continue to spread the word that this disreputable company should not be in business as they fail to conduct business.
