I am sending this as a complaint because I can see no other way of communicating with you on this subject. Your guidelines state this can be addressed via "My Account", but this serves no purpose for what I wish to discuss. Dear Sirs, I have recently received two email reminders (Both referring to Order No 9580635610from you notifying two amounts that will be charged to my credit card in the amounts of US$ 19.99 and US$ 79.99. It is not clear to me WHAT SPECIFIC SUBSCRIPTIONS these charges relate. For your information, I ONLY made ONE PAYMENT on July 14th 2018 to cover my subscriptions last year covering: Internet Security for US$ 49.99 Tune up for US$ 29.99 Password Protection for US$ 9.99 I am prepared to renew these subscriptions, BUT WHY TWO BILLINGS? The billing for US$ 79.99 states it covers my Internet Security subscription. The billing for US$ 19.99 states it covers my Password Protection subscription So these two billings are already significantly more costly than what was paid last year AND the billings apparently do not include the Tune Up subscription. Please note I DO NOTE APPROVE YOUR AUTOMATIC CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD UNTIL THIS MATTER HAS BEEN CLARIFIED. Yours sincerely. KEITH BAYFORD - Medellin Colombia - June 14th 2019
