Trying to return short parts

I have been for a month trying to return a lift kit that was short on parts several emails was told they were going to escalate claim so I could send it back I have not heard anything I can't really blame SD Truck they have to follow their procedures But stay away from PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES they will not stand behind their products User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES.
