My wife ordered the Le Volume 60MM that was too big for her hairstyle, When trying to return, I used their website and followed their instructions fully, but they just kept running me in dead end circles with no results. When I called Customer Service they referred back to the website. Just a run around. User's recommendation: Beware. The product is good but customer service can br problematic.
