Trying to get service for my neighbor who has your service that is all static and cannot be heard. He is partially python blind living alone and this is his only way to get help. I have tried two days

No one has answered and I am left on hold then cut off only to repeat that process over and over. Please call me at 231-889-****. I am going to call the chamber of commerce and the better business bureau and report this problem. Carolyn K. User's recommendation: Do not use this service as you can never get ahold of them.
