Trying to get payoff ammount!

Have been trying to get payoff amount for 3 weeks at least. My husband finally got thru to a customer service lady and she said she would have to email or mail it to him. Well needless to say we never received an email and didn't receive anything in the mail until he sent an email. Then we received a letter dated June 4th stating the payoff figures given in the letter were only valid until June 7. We received the letter Saturday June 8th one day after the payoff amount expired! So today I have been trying to call the only phone number Bayview gives. My husband told the lady he got to talk to that we can pay it off immediately and she still wouldn't tell him what the amount is over the phone. I think since he told her that we could pay it off immediately they decided to wait 3 days before the amount expired to send it so they can get more money out of us. So I have been trying to call and see how long it will be before we get another payoff amount. But I have called them 9 times listen to all the recording crap and push and said the numbers that should get me to a live person it rings once music plays and then it hangs up. This company has the worst customer service ever! We will be so happy when we get our house paid off and hopefully do not have to deal with them any longer. I will never recommend them to anyone!
