Trying to get money from my deceased brothers account

They are giving me the run around just to get the $50.00 balance in my deceased brother's account. I have emailed them over a dozen times and have provided all the documents they requested numerous times. Yet they still keep requesting them over again. D User's recommendation: Do not deal with people like this as they are in the business of taking your money and not giving you money!
