Trying to get brand new chairs repaired

Bought a 6000.00 dollar patio set from Chair King Willowbrook, within the first month the two gliders were not working properly we called several times took pictures and several emails. Just excuse still no one has addressed out issues. User's recommendation: Dont trust them to stand by their products.
